This Privacy Policy explains how André Grillo ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Supa Circus: Seesaw Arcade (the "App"). The App is free to play, currently shows no ads, and requires no account — so it collects very little. This policy covers exactly what is collected and why, and will be updated if that changes.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Supa Circus does not require you to create an account, sign in, or submit any personal information to play.
• Your scores, tickets, unlocked items, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device.

Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which screens are viewed and which features are used) to understand how the App is used and improve it. This data cannot identify you personally.
• Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash and diagnostic data so we can fix bugs and improve stability.
• Performance Data: We use Firebase Performance Monitoring to collect anonymous technical data (such as app start time) to keep the App running smoothly.
• Remote Configuration: We use Firebase Remote Config to remotely adjust certain app settings (such as gameplay tuning values) without collecting any personal information from your device.
• Push Notifications: If you allow notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver them. This requires a device token, which does not identify you personally and is not linked to any other data we collect.
• Game Center: If you choose to sign in to Apple's Game Center, your leaderboard scores and achievements are handled by Apple under your Apple ID. Game Center is entirely optional — the App plays fully without it.

What We Currently Do NOT Collect

• Supa Circus currently shows no advertising and includes no advertising SDKs — there is no ad tracking of any kind. If ads are introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated first to describe the ad provider and any data it collects.
• Supa Circus currently has no in-app purchases — we do not handle payment information. If purchases are introduced in a future version (billed entirely through Apple's StoreKit), this policy will be updated to reflect it.
• We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal information.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App
• To diagnose and fix technical issues
• To understand aggregate usage trends across all players

Data Storage

Your gameplay data (scores, tickets, unlocks, statistics, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server we control. Analytics, crash, and performance data described above is collected and processed by Google Firebase on our behalf. If you sign in to Game Center, your leaderboard and achievement data is stored by Apple.

Third-Party Services

Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your information. Data described above is only shared with the service providers listed in this policy, solely to provide the functionality described.

Children's Privacy

Supa Circus is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

• Your gameplay data stays on your device — uninstalling the App deletes it.
• You can disable notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
• You can play without ever signing in to Game Center.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
