These Terms of Use govern your use of Supa Circus: Seesaw Arcade (the "App"), published by André Grillo. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the App

Supa Circus is a work of fiction and entertainment — an arcade game about acrobats, seesaws, and a very lively circus ring. Nothing in the App should be relied upon for any purpose other than entertainment.

2. Price and Purchases

Supa Circus is completely free. The App contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. If purchases are introduced in a future version, they will be billed through your Apple ID, subject to Apple's App Store terms and refund policies, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

3. Virtual Currency

The App includes a virtual currency ("tickets") earned solely by playing. Tickets have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred, and may be adjusted or reset as part of game updates. Tickets exist only within the App for unlocking cosmetic content.

4. Game Center

The App optionally integrates with Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and is entirely optional. Cheating, score manipulation, or exploiting bugs to post fraudulent leaderboard scores is prohibited.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, sound, and code, is the property of André Grillo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Supa Circus is an original work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other company or product.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, André Grillo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
